New message recieved today in VFE:
written in red over a yellow box while importing templates:
"database too big, consider using merge Model"
"Act " is said to be 1,5Gb big.
Is this a real problem or can it be dismissed?
By the way if it can be dismissed, will it be the same with models larger that 2Gb?
Thanks

Amit,
the error is coming back, and this time I reached 2GB during VEDA 2 TIMES II, causing VFE Errors ( but no crash)
Act after sync is said to be 2Gb and compacting DB in VFE didn't change anything.
What is the next move?
PS : Computer and gams are x64, but VFe and VBE are 32bits apps.

Sorry, new post:
after a VFE restart, compacting DB got me to around 200MB.
I will keep you informed next week

And a third one :
1) database did not seem to have been corrupted.
clues were given here
http://forum.kanors-emr.org/showthread.php?tid=33maybe a link to the given solution in the "databases too big" message could be useful.
