By browsing the CO2 for different sectors-AGRCO2, TRNCO2, PWRCO2, etc.- I found that the values of FLO_EMIS labeled in all NewTechs can't be changed in direct method and it also opens the wrong cell value (always same from Transport sector T179 cell-which has the Attribute 'Start'). I tried to fix it by updating model from scratch but the database couldn't be corrected. In attached file, the series of errors encountered during direct editing are shown.
