Problem with migration

Hello, I have many issues with migrating to new Veda but one of them is I have zero count for DEM_REF in the run manager (as I understand this means that dd file for reference demand has zero entries). It seems that the model recognizes only the value for the start year but does not extrapolate. I cannot detect the issue, Could you help?
