Problem ~TFM_AVA table

Hi, 

I have just noticed that my ~TFM_AVA tables  (used to disactivate some technologies in some regions) seems not to be read anymore on version 1.242, as technologies that are supposed to be disactivate appears in the results. It is working correctly under version 1.239.

I found the problem, it was not a version problem. I was disactivating all the technologies of a SubRES file and it seems it is not possible, at least one technology has to be activated.
