Commodity balance problem

Could anyone please tell me if I can limit EQ_Combal of a commodity to zero?
In another way, I want to let the net flow of a commodity is zero. Thank you!

Just define COM_BNDNET(r,'0',com,'ANNUAL','FX')=2. The '0' refers to the interpolation option "year".
I have been using such bounds for many years, and I find them working exactly as I want.
