I have the version 4.8.705 of the VEDABE, but when i put the VEDA_STN from other database, and then open it in the VEDABE some of the older sets that i have apear with "_UD" in the end of their names, and they show up in red and don't work...

There seems to be some name clash... I suggest you import sets/tables from this other SnT rather than copying the entire database in the folder.
