I have a little problem of missing values of some energy carriers like (HFO, GSL) in base year 2015 (GSL is even absent for all model years). By checking gdx file that showed the data perfectly for base year. Sets and Tables are also well established. Some Import processes are not shown in any table even in "exres".
search for a row in the .VD file with VAR_FOUT, IMPOILGSL and OILGSL in it. If you find it, send me the VD file. If you don't, contact the person who helped you set up this model.
In accordance with Amit's reply above, I would also find it quite unexpected if the GDX file and/or the .VD file would contain any Var_Fout values for IMPOILGSL. That is so because the ExRes table clearly shows that the supply of OILGSL matches the demand in the commodity balance. Thus, no supply appears to be missing for OILGSL in the ExRes results shown. The balance looks perfectly consistent. But perhaps I am missing something?

Yes...right. it is not in VD FIile. But in energy balance there should be supply from these energy carriers because it should reflect national energy statistics. I used FLO_BND~2015 for base year.
Ok, that explains your concern.
But then your problem appears to be related to the FLO_BNDs. Could you show the how the FLO_BND attributes have been read by VEDA-FE, e.g. from Process Master → Data, with all attribute dimensions expanded?

How can I directly attach the screenshots here? however, sent as an attachment.
The screenshot shows that you are defining an upper bound for the flow of OILGSL of IMPOILGSL. An upper bound means that the flow is limited to at most the value of the bound (108.42). It does not prevent the flow from being zero.
If you want to ensure that there are OILGSL imports of that amount through this process in 2015, you should thus define a lower bound or a fixed bound instead.
Alternatively, if you think that the imports should occur even without imposing a lower bound, then your cost data for the imports and the competing supply options for OILGSL are not quite correct. You may thus consider adjusting the costs to reflect the cost advantage of imports compared to the competing options in 2015.
