cannot extract results

Hello all, 

Have anyone experienced this issue ? I can't load any of the results. It happened suddenly while running a scenario. 

Please let me know !

Hi Sophie,

Please refresh the results page by pressing F5.

If the issue persists, kindly send the error log file to [email protected].
You can open the error logs folder from the Help -> Error Log menu.
