Hi,
We are using COM_BNDNET to force investments in CO2 transport and storage if the model chooses to capture the CO2. However, it doesn't seem to work as intended, as results show usage of the capture technology but no transport or storage. We have tried defining the processes and commodities both on daynite level and annual level, and results vary largely. We want the constraint to be binding on daynite level, but don't understand why the COM_BNDNET constraint is not binding.
We have enforced COM_BNDNET = 0 on both CO2-cap commodity and CO2-tra commodity. Attached are screenshots showing the flowchart and the definition of COM_BNDNET. We have defined all CO2 processes and commodities as DAYNITE.
Appreciate all suggestions.
