The power storage
#1
Hello guys,

I am stuck for so much time so I am here for some help. I almost migrated the TECHS_STORAGE file from EU-TIMES, where 12 (peak, night, day, combined with seasons) time-slices are included. However, I found that

No matter how much I increase in the new-capacity for power storage options, the VAR_OUT for wind/solar power doesn't change (it means the power storage has no influence on the integration of intermittent energy) although the VAR_ACT for that power storage increases.

So I am wondering how should I do to relate them both (the power storages and the intermittent energy):
should I detail more in the time slices (more time slices)?
.

Thanks if any response, thanks a lot.
Sean
