Info: UPD table row did not generate any records in SysSettings

Dear all, 

I am running a large model and there is a warning that I am not understanding and I was wondering if someone has faced this issue before (it is just as warning, the model is solving properly but I am worried that it might play have an effect on the results). 

The warning in the log file is "Info: UPD table row did not generate any records" and it is referring to the SysSettings file. I have attached both a picture of the warnings and the table. 

Can someone give a hint on the mistake?

note: Both CAP_BND and BNDACT are widely used in the model.

Not really able to give a hint, but I think you could quite easily check from the Browser, whether all your CAP_BND(LO/UP) parameters have the I/E option defined or not. And similarly for BNDACT(EPCONSUM*,LO/UP).

Then, only if you can indeed verify that some of those does not have the I/E defined as intended, you may have a problem. Note that if there is an I/E option already defined in any B-Y template or Subres, SysSettings by design does not generate it.
