We want to use an aggregator commodity to aggregate all of emissions. We use ~COMAGG table to do this and we didn't have any problem before, but in the new model VEDA-FE does not read this table (please see the attached file), I also tried to import this table in one of sectors file rather than a separate file but it didn't work either.

I don't see anything wrong with the table, and it works in the current version just like it did in the previous ones.
But all these commodities are defined in SysSettings, right? There is a case in which these are not seen appropriately by one recent version. Take this update, resave SysSettings, and reimport this BY template

Thank you, yes all of commodities are defined in SysSetting. I used the file that you shared and replaced it with my VEDA_FE.exe file apparently it updated FE to V 45513, then I reimport model from scratch but the issue is there, is there anything else that I should do? I don't understand what you mean by "resave SysSettings, and reimport this BY template", which BY template are you referring to?
