restore cases error

Hello all, 
following the video of the introduction to veda2.0, in order to restore cases (minut 47:20) we need to have an CSV file.
my problem is that i can't find it in my model folder, and whe I press "restore cases" in the Results module I get an error which I attached.
my question is how can i restore my cases ?

have you exported cases from the old version? the csv needs to be _exportedcases.CSV (slide #8 of the migration ppt)

Yes, I exported all the cases using the synth file as described in the introduction video and managed to get the Appdata folder and the set file in my model
is this the right way to export cases?

can you post a screen shot of your model folder (name should be visible) and the CSV with exported cases?

that's the problem, i don't seem to have a CSV file , should I creat a file by myself or it will appear by itself as the set file once i restore cases ??

this feature is meant to migrate models that have been created under the old Veda. This CSV file should only be produced by Advanced functions - case master - export.

ok, I will try to export the cases from the old veda once I have access to it, and let you know if it worked for me,
