Error with CAPACITY

Hello, why i m getting error when process PP87 has NCAP_BND=0 ?
When i deleted zero value it worked. But with actuall 0 NACAB_BND and NCAP_BND~0 = 2   LST file Number of variables in the conflict:  1. upper: VAR_NCAP(SK,2018,PP87) < 0

Why ??? There is enought of CAPACITY to produce my FIXED value of electricity.

I tried to check whether there is indeed enough capacity, but with the numbers you show, it does not seem sufficient. However, the numerical accuracy of the numbers in your picture is not sufficient for making any firm conclusion.
