Error when opening Results tab

Hi,

I get an error message when I am opening the results tab in veda2.0. The message is attached. When I click OK the resultstab is all white and there is no results to show. This is something that is not happening in all of my models, but when the message appers I have not managed to get the results tab to work again. Is there any one else that has experienced this, or know what is happening and how to avoid it. Also how do I get the results tab to work again. 

I am using VEDA1.161.1.1.

Can you guess the casename that Veda is complaining about, from the error message?

while we investigate and fix, you can delete this case from the VD tab of Model - manage menu.

I deleted all VD files created with the model and did refresh data in the results tab. The sync model window appeared with no error. Of course as there was no scenario to import the result tab did not show any results. I then tried to import some of the VD files back again. The import was sucessfull, but when I press refresh data the error message was back, though now with another vdt-file missing. The name is one of the ones that was imported.

The VD files that you are importing - do they have a VDT file with the same case name?

Yes, I have not chaged the file names after the run. There exist -.vd, -.vde, -.vds and -.vdt with same name for all of the cases imported.

Hello Lisa,

In Veda2.0, you can use maximum 54 character to make the Case name. Try making VD* files using different case name.

If the error still persists let me know.

Hi, thank you.
I created a copy of the model with a shorter model name and imported the VD*-files there. I now get the results tab to work.

Does this mean that model name + case name can not exceed 54 characters? The model name alone was 49 characters including space and the case name was 6 characters, now with a model name of 23 characters (no space in the name this time) and the case same of 6 characters the error is gone and everything works.
