Error 1310. Error writing to file (Verify that you have access to that directory)

Hi, 

I was trying to install VEDA-FE and -BE on my PC, however, this error message showed up while doing so:

Error 1310. Error writing to file: 

C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\MSFLXGRD.OCX.       Verify that you have access to that directory. 

I have administrator rights to the PC, so I'm not entirely sure that I understand the issue. But I hope that some of you do.

That did the trick. I followed the instructions, but apparently not closely enough (My apologies)
