We want to get an efficiency of a technology from the subres_techrep (as in VEDA_FE, thus after the transformation file) to fill in a scenario file. We tried with ACT_EFF, the attribute we see in the VEDA_FE browser but it does not work,neither with CEFF; We tried with the techrep scenario name and with a blank cell, but no result
