I cannot input Chinese as the table name in the new table.

Can you please share the example with me, what exactly are you trying?
Need to check this, maybe "PostgreSQL" is not able to understand Chinese characters in table name.

Yes, we have asked users to name the table in alphanumeric characters only.
You may enter Chinese characters in the description box. See the below image for your reference
