Veda License key

Hello,

I have previously activated my permanent veda license on my office/lab PC. I was provided a new PC, and when I tried using my key I am getting the error message saying that this has been used activated previously on another PC (my previous one). Is there a way of deactivating the license on the old one and use the key on this one. I do not have access to the old PC.
