Multi-region parameter

Hello,
   In multi-regional model, for each link declared (1=active links), VEDA-FE will automatically create an IRE (inter-regional trade) process, which means that we don’t need to describe for the process. However, when I use ~TRADE_Param:CAP_BND and ~TRADE_Param:INVCSOT, it occurs CAP_BND is ignore due to absence of Tech. I am  wondering about it because I have declared the Tech (1=active links). Attached files are ScenTrade_ScenLinks and ScenTrade_ScenPara.
   Could you please help me to figure out the problem? Thank you very much.

I suggest you use a regular INS table for this. You will need to migrate to this when you move to Veda2.0 anyway.
