Dear all,
I defined the stock of nuclear electricity production in the base year (2012) and following CAP_BND of its stocks. However, I find that I must give the value of nuclear energy, or the value of nuclear electricity in 2012 is wrong.
In my opinion, since the stock in the base year is defined, its ELC produciton should be given correspondingly. I hope someone can help me. Attached is my file.uploads/271/My_1.zip
