Batch mode not creating some DD files properly

I'm using VEDA-FE v4.4.7.

When I run some cases in batch mode, a scenario file and a demand driver file are created as DD but with no data.  This means that the case runs without these scenarios.  When I run the cases individually, the two DD files are created correctly.

See the files in the attachment.  The bug seems to occur when the filename (and hence scenario) includes a 'dot'.  In the batch case, the dot and everything after it is omitted.  I've tested the same scenario files without a dot and they are produced correctly in batch mode.
