Problem when generating .GDX

Hi,
I am encoutering a problem at the end of the model runs when the gdx file is generated :
"
*** Problem writing symbol: UC_FLO
*** Domain violation
*** Problem writing symbol: UC_CAP
*** Domain violation
*** Problem writing symbol: UC_MAP_FLO
*** Domain violation
*** GDX file failed
*** Msg: Domain violation
"
I understand it concerns some of the user constraints.
It is quite problematic because it looks like it is the reason why I cannot use a warm start from a previous solution ("Unexpected termination of run" when I try a warm start).

Has anyone already had this problem ? Would you know how to fix it ?

Hi François,

I'm far from being an expert here, but did you try to look at your .LST file? This looks like an error I had that was actually due to declaration problems, not GDX writing, GDX fail being only a consequence... In this case your .LST file would list those errors at the beginning, with their error code to help debugging.

Indeed the .lst file contains some errors of the following type, with the error message "170 Domain violation for element" :

Actually, it concerns some user constraints that apply to old commodities which do not exist anymore. By removing this user constraints, the errors disappeared and the .GDX writing worked.
