Process/Commodity Set Definition

Hi,

I downloaded the process set and commodity set definition (please see the attached files) from VEDA Backend with the aim to create a SQL database using these set definitions.

There are no headers on top of each column, on the 'Data' tab, it's easier to guess from the content in each column, but in 'Rules' column it's not very clear.  
  
I'm wondering if you could help with labeling these codes in each column in the 'Rules' tab?
