A problem about CO2 BOUND

Dear all,

    Sorry for missing information in the previous post. I am struggling with a problem about CO2 BOUND for some days, and I hope I can gain your help again. When my model has a CO2 BOUND (up), I found it decrease the overall CO2 emission by lowing electricity production and consumption directly, which conflicts with my purpose. And now, is there a way to decrease CO2 while electricity is not influenced?

    I have tried a UC_RHSTS attribute (LO), but it doesn't work at all under CO2 BOUND.
