The combustion emission coefficients related to the consumption of fule. how to set the different coefficients in different years? for example, SO2 emission coefficients related to the consumption of DST may change in 2015 and 2020. may be I can declare the new technology, and set the emission coefficients for the specific technology. but it needs add lots of new technology...

You can use the attribute FLO_EMIS by year.
