Dear Sir,
I get this error message. Unable to get EXCEL file.

Dear YuFeng,

If you are not able to use batch export functionality on your machine please use Export data to Excel / Export to CSV (Flat File) individually on each tab.
Please see the attach image for your reference.
   

We need more input from your machine to resolve the issue of Batch Export through web meeting.
Do let us know whenever you are ready for the Meeting.
