Result Analysis - Global filter

I am getting to know the result analyzing features in VEDA 2.0. I think I have figured out the basics way to work with it.

But I don't get the global filter to work. Could you give some quick guideline, or point me at a document where I can find how to do.

Hold the Ctrl key and select elements that you want to put Global filters on
