Could not open results in VEDA-BE

Hello,

I have problem importing results in VEDA-BE. 
I get the following error message. I generated the VD file again from the Gams file but this did not solve the issue. 

Could you please help ?

Hi Aymane,

Which version of VEDA-BE application are you using?

Reasons Behind Access Database Error 3049:
  • MS Access database (.mdb/accdb) file you are trying to access is a corrupt file. There are various MS Access database corruption causes.

  • Some times this error occurs when file size limit is exceeded while adding any data. As File Size limit of Microsoft Access is up-to 2GB.


Try to use the built-in Compact & Repair utility. It helps the user to get back the healthy database.

You can also follow these steps to fix Microsoft Access Error 3049 with Windows Inbuilt repair utility:
  1.     GOTO C:\Windows\SysWOW64 >> Now, Search and Run ‘odbcad32.exe’

  2.     You will see DSN tabs >> In User DSN, Click on Add

  3.     To fix MS Access Error 3049 select Driver do Microsoft Access(*.mdb). Click on Finish

  4.     Add Datasource name(any name) >> Under Database click on Select and choose the .mdb file to repair. Click OK.

  5.     Now just Click on Repair and wait till it's finished


When repair process completes user can simply open the MDB file and Click on Compact & Repair to save the MS Access database file. If after trying this error continues and there is no recent backup available, then kindly send your error log files with corrupt database at [email protected]
