how to reinstall the times veda?

Hi everyone,

I had a tough problem now. The operation system broken down fews weeks ago, so I had to reinstall the system. after the start it over, I needed to reinstall the times veda, and here I met the problem, after I reinstalled the software, I need to get a license to log on, but can I STILL use the old version license? how to do it? and by the way, How to install the GAMS? THANks very much!

1. Yes, you'll need to request for a fresh license to run the Full version of the veda application you wish to use. I'll suggest you navigate to the VEDA Support Site and check out the Licensing section for a step by step guide to license your application.. 
2. Go to google.com and search for GAMS. You should be able to see a link to download it on their home page.
