Is there a possibility to introduce a second objetive function in the current TIMES version to conduct a multi criteria analysis. Has this been done by a TIMES modelling team so far and is there a documentation on this available?

Well, you could take a look at  http://www.iea-etsap.org/docs/TIMES-Stochastic.pdf 
The tradoff analysis features described there allow using user-defined objectives and to analyze the trade-off effects.

But I don't know what to answer to your crucial question: "Has this been done by a TIMES modelling team?".
