com_bprice.gdx for multiple runs
#1
Hi everyone,
How can I give the same com_bprice.gdx for multiple runs? When TIMESED = Yes, com_bprice.gdx is generated new after each run and being the input for the next run. How to give the same BAU com_bprice.gdx for multiple runs?
Or can I determine somewhere the name of the gdx which is used for the base prices?
Ciao Tom

According to the TIMES code, com_bprice.gdx should not be generated when TIMESED = Yes. Therefore, you should be able to make any number of successive model runs with elastic demands using the same com_bprice.gdx. Com_bprice.gdx is regenerated only when you run a new Baseline (using TIMESED = No).

Each time the com_bprice.gdx is generated, a backup copy of it is also saved with the name of the model run, and so you can restore the com_bprice.gdx from a different Baseline run, if necessary.
