Activity without new capacities for many new technologies

Hello,

I'm getting strange results with my model : for a majority of new technologies, the model start to use them but without any new capacity and investement cost associated, i.e for thoses processes, there are values for Var_Act but no values for Var_Cap and Var_Ncap.
In the input, I have investment costs and varom and cap2act and it is well read (it appears in Item details in Veda).

Any idea of what could be the origin of the problem?

Could you post your listing file (*.LST) and the QA_CHECK.LOG from the work folder (zipped please, you can attach the ZIP file)?
