Dear Sir,
I’m trying to change the ACT_COST from2010 to 2055 in the BaseYear by scenario, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Is there an error in the I/E rule settings in the VEDA table?
Please see the attached jpg for the related settings.

It seems that you would like to "wipe out" the data points defined in the Base scenario, is that correct?
That is possible by TS filtering, or by using TFM_UPD to update all the Base data points to zero.
An interpolation option will not wipe out any existing data points.

YES. I try to change ACT_COST=0 from 2010 to 2055.
I would like to confirm that when the data is TS in BASEYEAR, I just only use ~TFM_INS-TS to change. Is it right?
