overriding user constraints

Hello, in one of my user constraints I have defined minimum share of biomass in the power sector. I would like to create a scenario file, where this user constraint is overridden. However, I do not just want to delete the user constraint itself, because I want to keep it as a default. How can I override it, please in the scenario file?

Filtering it out in that scenario should work:

Hi thank you so much    replicating the same user constraint in the scenario file but using FX bound instead of LO bound and making bounds zero also seems to override the original LO bound but I don't understand the logic
