constraint on new capacity added per year

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a means to create a constraint on the new capacity added per year on the whole trajectory studied (for example for one process, no more than 1 GW/y) or if we must add constraints on the capacity added each year defined in Sys-Settings (in other words, is there an automatic interpollation way to do this or do we have to perform this interpollation manually)?

The following should work, for defining an upper bound of 1 unit for the new installed capacity of EWIND05 per year, starting from 2020.
