No, it is not that "link". You have copied the original link incorrectly, and as a result your "link" is malformed.

In fact, I just successfully tested also the original Dropbox link given in the thread REFIT in VEDA_FE.

Although Neil Grant complained there that the original link would not let you download the package, I did not see any problem with that original link either. Thus, it appears equally easy to download both versions of the package containing the retrofit examples: the original original VEDALib_retrofit.7z and the ZIP-compressed version VEDALib_retrofit.zip.
