VEDA from line command

Hello dear community,
I want to know if it is possible to run VEDA FE from a line commande. I am automating a process to run a TIMES model, and to do this I need an acces to the line command of VEDA FE. For example instead of synchronizing files manually, I hope to do it from a line command.
