Veda BE does not activate even with license

I was working with the 60-day trial license until it expired a couple of weeks ago for both FE and BE. Therefore, last week I generated a code for FE and it worked perfectly. However, today I generated a code for BE but it did not work. I decided to reinstall BE from scratch, hoping to be able to work for another 60 day on trail version, however it did not let me do this and requested me to get a key. I requested a new key but still VEDA BE does not activate, when I pick use evaluation version a box says that my license has expired.

Would you be kind enough to give me any insights on how to proceed?
