VEDA can't find notepad [Win7]

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest VEDA_FE version on a Windows 7 computer and as far I can see everything went fine. However, when I re-imported a scenario and synchronised it, there was a explorer window in the last step (VEDA to TIMES II... ) message: Locate Executable file

It turned out that VEDA could not find notepad. Bug?

VEDA must be trying to show you one of the text files with SYNC feedback. It is supposed to open in Notepad by default, but probably the regular call to open Notepad did not work on your computer.

Try specifying a text editor that VEDA should use. There is this option on the bottom right of the General tab of User Options on Tools menu.

Here are some applications/locations that would work on our Win7 computer:

• C:\Windows\system32\Notepad.exe
• C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\Wordpad.exe
• C:\Windows\system32\write.exe
