Ok, thank you, I identified, that the problem was somewhere in lines 2112, 222,227 or 269. If if delete these, it works fine.

Which VEDA-FE version are you using?

Vikrant: I think it was due to a LF character (code 10) in a description.
VEDA could perhaps convert all invisible characters to spaces (character code <=32), or is it better to leave that to the user?

Yes Antti, CR and LF characters are not handled by VEDA. I will discuss this with Amit.

And yes first line of lst file saying same, this description having newline character. and that's why after removing those descriptions model start working.
