I agree with Antti... you have the same functionality now, via Excel. The form you are referring to was one of the few cases when VEDA tried to take the cumbersome form-filling approach to data handling. It was soon handled via Excel, like everything else.

The column year is empty. You need to specify the year associated to the IRE_BND parameter

many thanks for your replies.
I have added the milestoneyears to the IRE_BND parameter, no success though, when I browse the TU_* processes it tells me "No data...".
Although, IRE_BND is recognised in TIMES view, just without a process associated. I did check spelling and definitions. Is it necessary to relate the IRE_BND attribute to the process or is it sufficient to define reg1(exp) and reg2(imp) for the IRE_BND - because that information is well displayed in TIMES view.
