Dear Kanors Team,
I just upgrade my PC disk memory which leads to the re-installation process of VEDA. I have already generated the license code. At first I received the license code, but when the installation process finished, the notification showed that there is missing times source code. Then I decided to re-install again. However, when I generated the license code for the second time, I have not received the email and I tried again to generate but the notification showed that all of the allocated licenses have been used.
PS: I have already check my email junk, spam, and etc. and make sure that my email still have enough capacity to receive email from others. Is it possible to generate code using the alternative email? because this used to be happened when I generated license for my other computer (I have multiple license).
