Error when creating Set

I am trying to create a new Set "MIN_COA", and get the error "Run time error 380 Invalid property value".

I have found this file: errors_guest.text in C;\Veda\Veda_BE

Thanks for posting the error log.

1. is this everything you see in the log file?
2. are you trying to create this set from the cube view (right click) or from the main menu?

I am very new at VBE, and don't have it's manual (if one exists. It didn't download with my installation). So I'll try to explain as best as I can from where I'm trying to create it.
I open VBE, go to Set, New Set, in the menu, and the press Create Set.

It may sound strange, but it may help. Yesterday, I created a set in a database, and an error message appeared, and closed VBE as usual in this case. If I try to see which sets exist in that database, the last one I was creating isn't showed. But if I try to recreate it, as soon as I type the name, the comments appear. So it seems the set is saved somewhere even if I can't see it. If I'm not wrong, this error when creating sets in any database started happening after that error.

Also, FYI, I use Gams 22.2 and had to delete the option not 0, in the gdx2veda file.

Below you can see all errors that exist in my log file (older than today). Sorry if it's too long.

In the end, the error (380) was originated by me believing that to create a Set, first, I had to write its name and then select the items contained in it. And it has to be done exactly opposite, first, press New Set, Select items that are going to be contained or not in the Set, and then pressing Create Set and identifying it by its name.
