You have NOT properly connect VEDA with GAMS by properly establishing the GAMS system Path. Either try reinstalling GAMS or try manually configuring the Path.
You may need to restart your computer to have the GAMS Path activated. If that didn’t work you can set the system Path manually by means going to the Windows Start menu then Windows Control Panel/System/Advanced/Environment/Edit Path, adding to the beginning or end of the current path the location of the GAMS system (as shown in the window above. You can review the short video at http://support.kanors-emr.org/viewlets/g...t_swf.html. Note that this needs to be done VERY CAREFULLY so as to not lose any of the current pathing information.

Hi, gary,
As you said, I check the GAMS system path, and the path is correct. please see the attached. maybe something else is wrong.
Hum, Path does look OK. You're actually using a rather old version of GAMS (2014) and it is flagging your license as not valid for said system, which based upon the echo of the GAMSLICE should be fine, as from Dec 2017. Do you have more than 1 GAMS installation on the computer? Please go to your GAMS system folder (for v24.4.2) and send along that GAMSLICE.TXT file, or replace it with the one from 2017.
