Is the parameter NCAP_PASTY available/enabled in VFE?
I tried and it gives an error "Column ignored due to alien element (NCAP_PASTY)"

Kannan,

the attribute name is NCAP_PASTI ! You are using a wrong name.

All the allowed attributes name are in VEDA-FE/Advanced Functions/Attributes Master

I am aware of the NCAP_PASTI.
I found the parameter NCAP_PASTY in TIMES doc, p.93. it represents the number of years to go back to calculate a linear build up of past investment.
so I thought it can be an alternate to STOCK (which enable NCAP_BND=0).
