Modification between different version

I'm a user of version 4.3.46. And I found that there are some differents between my model and demonstration model. For example, in my model, there is a colume for definition of process,

Bound definition

but I don't know how to use it. Assumed that I'd like to give a lower bound on ethanol production activity, therefore, what should I add in the colum of Attribute?

And do you have some introduction on changes between different versions?
