ImpSettings Options

Hi everybody,

Is there an explanation somewhere for the new import settings options available in the SysSettings file? The getting Started guide mentions the "Generate Vintage Bounds" and "Create Dummy imports" options, but I could not find information on the others (FLO SHAR, Activity Bounds, User Constratraints, Negative Values of Parameters, etc.)... Did I miss something?

Thanks for pointing this out; we need to clean up this table in the DEMO model.

The actual settings are only those that appear on the Import settings form in VFE (shown below). These settings have a two-way link with the table in SysSettings.

One more question: in your Userform, there is a "Variables for UCs" checkbox which I dont have in my version of Veda (4.3.4405) : what is the corresponding option? User Constraints? Disable the problematic UC? And what does it mean?

You will see this option if you update to the current version. It creates dummy variables for (all) UCs. I would recommend its use only when debugging infeasibilities due to UCs.
