Climate module Switch Set active in VFE-options not being set on in *Run file

Hi Vikrant,

i've noticed a few times in the last few months, when running a batch of scenarios in TIAM, 
that I can have the climate module option selected on in VEDA-FE, but that the SET switch in the scenario *run file is not created, and the scenario instance then runs without the climate module active.

this variation between the selected control panel options and the switches set in the *run file is probably worth exploring.

it only seems to happen sporadically. I'm not sure the exact conditions that causes it.
It seems to happen when I have a set of scenarios running in batch mode some with the climate module active and some without the climate module active.

Hi James,

Climate module is the only option of Case Manager =>Control panel which cannot be activated/deactivated on scenario level.

We will move this to User Options to avoid such type of confusion.
