User constraint - across all time periods

Hi,

Basic question...

I want to set up a user constraint that creates a relationship between capacities of processes over the entire time horizon.  Basically I want Process1(capacity) = Process2(capacity) + Process3(capacity).

Here's what I've done - but it only creates a constraint for the start year (2010).  What have I done wrong?  Thanks!

By specifying the interpolation option 0 for UC_RHSRTS you specifically request the constraint to be generated only for those periods that have UC_RHSRTS specified. In your table I cannot see UC_RHSRTS specified for any year (not even for 2010), and thus I wonder how you are getting any constraints generated.

Anyway, you might consider using e.g. the option 5 instead (in the UC_RHSRTS~0 column).

Can you tell me if there is somewhere I can look to see what "options" like this exist?  I can't find this in the TIMES manual - but maybe I'm missing something?
